When was the last time you refinanced your home?
When you last refinanced, did you inform your lender to have your MCC reissued?
Is the property receiving the MCC your primary residence?
Are you a veteran deployed in military service and not currently living in your primary residence?
Has your MCC been revoked? (If so, you do not need to pay a $100 annual fee.)
