This Web site (hereinafter "Site") is intended to provide general information about the Pima / Tucson Homebuyer's Solution Program (the "Program") authorized by The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima and The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Tucson, Arizona (collectively, the "Authorities").
The Authorities' Program provides for the financing of mortgage loans in the County of Pima, AZ to qualifying borrowers. The Authorities' Program provides for the purchase and resale of certain securities ("GNMA Securities") fully guaranteed as to principal and interest by the Government National Mortgage Association ("GNMA"), and by providing for down payment and other assistance to certain borrowers with respect to qualifying mortgage loans.
