Essential Workers Housing Fund

Over the past two years, essential workers have put their lives on the line to ensure our community's health and safety. Yet many of them have trouble securing a home in the very communities they serve.

Through the generous support of our partners, essential workers may now qualify to have both down payment and closing cost assistance.

This housing fund grants 2% of the first mortgage loan (up to $5,000) to assist with expenses such as closing costs and down payment.  Read more below about which essential workers qualify for the program and how to participate.
