How to Qualify
The home you want to purchase is your primary residence and is in Pima County.
(some types of homes are excluded - check with your lender)
The applicant makes less that $126,351 a year.
Your credit score is higher than 640.
Your debt to income ratio is less than 45%.

The Industrial Development Authorities of Pima County and the City of Tucson have been serving Southern Arizona for over four decades by creating access to capital, supporting equitable homeownership, and investing in programs and projects that benefit the lives of our Tucson and Pima Country communities.
