Don't need down payment assistance? No problem! Use our 0% DPA to access a great mortgage rate. 

With our "3-Year Forgivable" Product, your down payment assistance acts as a grant, if you stay in your home for three years or more.

How to Qualify

The home you want to purchase is your primary residence and is in Pima County.

(some types of homes are excluded - check with your lender)

The applicant makes less that $126,351 a year.

Your credit score is higher than 640.

Your debt to income ratio is less than 45%. 

(some exceptions apply- check with your lender)
